Fundamental Analysis
APEX is not just a technical tool. The fundamental analysis reads the business behind the ticker and tells you what supports the thesis and what threatens it.
APEX is not just a technical tool
A chart tells you what the price is doing. It does not tell you whether the business underneath can bear what you are assuming when you buy it.
Fundamental Analysis reads the asset's real data and returns four things: a diagnosis in prose, the strengths that support the thesis, the risks — each with its declared severity, not as a flat list where everything weighs the same — and what an investor should keep in mind before deciding.
Strengths and risks are not decoration: they enter the same reasoning envelope as the rest of APEX's analyses, the former as evidence and the latter as counter-evidence with its strength. In other words, today's fundamental analysis may be the objection APEX reminds you of two months from now.
An empty diagnosis is not an analysis. APEX validates the content, not just that the fields are present: a response with the keys in place and blank text is rejected.
The same brain, applied to the business
- What it needs
- The asset. APEX fetches the market data on its own.
- What it draws on
- The same intelligence engine as the other analyses: your history, your patterns and the market context arrive the same way, with the depth your plan allows. If the engine does not respond, the analysis comes out identical to how it would without it.
- What it returns
- Diagnosis, strengths, risks with severity, the asset's key relationships and what the investor should know.
- What it does NOT return
- Scenarios or an invalidation condition. Its contract does not ask for them, so APEX counts them as missing instead of faking them. It is a declared gap, not an oversight.
- Plans
- Pro and Max. The server checks again before spending the call, so it is not just an interface barrier.
APEX's fundamental analysis has no source today for quarterly results, dividends, splits or the macro calendar. It does not include those dimensions and says so instead of estimating them. When a verified source exists, it will be added; not before.
When the horizon is longer than the candle
- You are going to hold the position for weeks or months and the chart does not cover that scale.
- You want to know what could break the thesis from outside the price.
- You are comparing two assets and the difference is not technical.
- You are looking for an intraday entry. Fundamentals do not move in hours.
- You need specific entry and stop levels. That is Complete.
