Decision Analysis

No chart. You write what you want to do and why, and APEX tests that specific decision: enter, reduce risk, wait or stay out.

What it is

Sometimes the doubt is not on the chart

It is in you. “Three losses in a row and I want to make it back”, “this has already run a lot but I hate missing it”, “I have not slept and I am going to double the size”. No chart answers that.

Decision Analysis does not ask for a screenshot. You describe what you want to do, with which levels, how much risk, and why — your thesis, in your own words. APEX returns a verdict on that specific decision: enter, reduce risk, wait or stay out.

And there are two optional fields that change the analysis more than it seems: your emotional state and your life context (stress, little sleep, tiredness, distractions). Both are always voluntary and come from a closed list. APEX never infers an emotional state: if you do not declare it, it does not exist for the analysis. Inferring “you seem anxious” from a pattern of trades would be exactly the kind of claim this product cannot afford.

The emotional state is exclusively the one you declare. There is no emotional dimension in your profile, and there will not be: a result does not diagnose a feeling.

Why it matters

“This is yours, not the market's”

It is a real section of the analysis, and it only appears when there is documentary evidence of both halves.

Signal You break your usual way of trading

Your usual risk per trade, R:R and capital come from the median of your own record. If this trade falls outside that, APEX says so — and compares against you, not against a textbook rule.

Signal You entered before confirmation

It requires both proofs: that APEX said “wait” or “stay out” on an asset, and that you opened a trade on that asset within the following 48 hours. Without both recorded facts, the pattern is not claimed.

Signal This looks familiar

An earlier analysis of yours, of the same asset, with its date and denominator: “similar to 3 earlier ones on BTC”. Not a feeling — a record.

Three signals at most, and only if there is evidence. Without enough history, this section is not shown: there is no “probable” version of a pattern.

How it works

Four verdicts, and none is an order

enter
The decision holds as you proposed it. It still comes with the counterarguments: a favorable verdict does not exempt APEX from trying to break it.
reduce risk
The idea makes sense but the size, the stop or the R:R do not. It is APEX's only indeterminate verdict, and it is counted as such in the learning.
wait
A specific confirmation is missing, and APEX says which. If you wait and the window closes without you entering, that counts in your favor in your discipline profile.
stay out
The structure is not there, or the risk does not justify it. APEX explains under which scenario it would reconsider.

Your thesis is saved exactly as you wrote it, in an immutable column, separate from the restatement APEX makes. Authorship never mixes: what you wrote and what APEX interpreted are two different fields, and memory cannot quote one as if it were the other.
